Kindergarten Registration for the North Gibson School Corporation will be held at Lowell  South Elementary School-215 W. Water Street, Princeton  IN. Please use the West Entrance by the gym.

TIMES:  Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

                                       12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

                   Thursday:  8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

                                    12:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

BRING:

·         New Kindergarten student (Kindergarten screening will be conducted at registration.)

·         Child’s certified Birth Certificate (Must be age 5 before August 1, 2012)

·         Current immunization Record

REQUIRED KINDERGARTEN IMMUNIZATIONS

·        5 doses DTaP/DPT

·        4 doses Polio

·        2 doses MMR(Measles, Mumps, Rubella)

·        3 doses Hepatitis B

·        2 doses Varicella (chickenpox) or physician documentation of disease

Do not drop off child for school before 7:30 am.

8:00 am. School day begins. 2:55pm. dismissal.

Absences MUST be reported with a parent/ guardian note or phone call to the office (386-1222) by 8:30a.m. on the day of absence. This helps us ensure student safety.
